📖 His Story

Meet gorgeous Simba! 💙🐾

Simba is a beautiful Retriever x Hound-type cross, approximately 6 months old, who was originally found living as a stray alongside his siblings, Nala and Taka.

He's now ready to leave his days as a stray behind him and find a wonderful forever family of his very own.

And what a lovely boy he is! 🥰

Simba is a happy, confident and incredibly sweet-natured youngster with a wonderfully easygoing personality.

He's friendly, affectionate and sociable, with a lovely relaxed approach to life that makes him an absolute pleasure to spend time with.

We expect Simba to grow into a medium-large adult, although as we haven't seen his parents, his breed mix and eventual size can only ever be our best estimates.

🐶 Personality & Temperament

Simba really is a gorgeous young boy with such a lovely temperament.

He's incredibly friendly and affectionate, loves being around people and is always happy to receive some fuss and attention.

What particularly stands out about Simba is his wonderfully easygoing nature.

He's a confident, happy youngster who seems to take new experiences in his stride, approaching the world with a lovely combination of curiosity and calmness.

He's also doing brilliantly with his lead walking!

Simba already walks beautifully on the lead, happily plodding along beside you while taking in all the interesting sights and smells around him. He's the sort of boy who seems perfectly content just enjoying the experience rather than needing to rush from one thing to the next. ❤️

Of course, he's still a young puppy, so there's plenty of playfulness and enthusiasm in there too!

He enjoys spending time with people, gets along well with other dogs and has a lovely sociable personality.

Other Dogs: Yes - Simba is friendly and sociable with other dogs and could happily share his home with another friendly canine companion. He could also be happy as the only dog with plenty of human companionship and opportunities to socialise.

Children: Yes - Simba can live with suitably aged, dog-savvy children.

Experience Needed: No specialist experience is required, but Simba is still a young dog who will need his family to continue his training, socialisation and guidance as he grows. As he's expected to become a medium-large adult, his adopters will also need to be comfortable with a bigger dog and committed to helping him develop good manners as he matures.
