📖 Her Story

Meet beautiful Halley! 💕🐾

Halley is now 7 months old and has made the big journey from Cyprus to the UK, where she is settling brilliantly into life with her foster family in Bristol.

Halley is a gorgeous smooth-coated mixed breed pup. Her littermates show characteristics of Cypriot Hound and possibly some Wirehaired Pointer and Poodle, although as neither mum nor dad have been seen, her exact mix will always remain a bit of a mystery!

We expect Halley to be medium sized when fully grown, potentially around the 15kg mark, but as with any young rescue puppy whose parents are unknown, this is simply our best estimate.

Now that she's living in a home, we're getting to see more and more of Halley's lovely personality every day - and she's certainly keeping her foster family entertained! 😂❤️

🐶 Personality & Temperament

Halley is a happy, playful and affectionate young girl with plenty of puppy personality.

She's mischievous, full of beans and loves discovering all the exciting things her new world has to offer. She's also still working out exactly how those very long legs of hers operate, which can make for some very entertaining moments! 😂

For all her puppy silliness, Halley is already showing just how clever she can be.

She has settled brilliantly into foster life, has already worked out where she needs to go to the toilet and has even learned to sit for a treat. Clever girl! 🥰

Halley is also a very loving girl who enjoys being close to people and being involved in family life. She has all the makings of a wonderful family companion and is at a fantastic age to continue learning alongside her forever family.

She can happily live with other friendly dogs and can also live with suitably aged, dog-savvy children.

Like any 7-month-old puppy, Halley still has plenty to learn, but with positive training, consistency and lots of opportunities to explore the world, we think she's going to grow into a fantastic little dog.

Experience Needed: Halley doesn't need a particularly experienced home, but she does need a family who understands that puppies come with plenty of energy, mischief and learning! Her new family will need to continue with her training, socialisation and confidence building while giving her lots of positive experiences as she grows.
