📖 Mariah’s Story

Mariah has now spent several months at the pound, and throughout all of that time she has never once put a paw wrong. Day after day, she continues to greet everyone with kindness, affection, and a constantly wagging tail.

This beautiful German Shepherd mix was found as a stray and brought to safety at a volunteer run municipality pound in Cyprus, where she is now patiently waiting for the loving forever home she deserves.

Despite kennel life, Mariah has held onto her joyful spirit and loving nature. She has built wonderful bonds with the volunteers caring for her and is always so excited to welcome new visitors with her happy, friendly personality.

🐶 Personality & Temperament

Mariah is calm, affectionate, gentle, and wonderfully people-focused. She absolutely adores human company and thrives on attention, affection, and simply being included.

She is learning to walk beautifully on the lead and treasures every opportunity to get out and explore the world around her. Every outing and moment of companionship means so much to her.

Mariah is also fantastic with other dogs and loves spending time playing with her doggy friends. She mixes beautifully, enjoys social interaction, and has such a kind and easy-going nature around other dogs.

She is one of those truly lovely dogs who seems to make everybody smile. Her warm, loving personality shines through in everything she does.
